Buttock and Hip Augmentation

  • Hip and buttock augmentation procedures are designed to create fuller, rounder, and more balanced lower-body curves. Whether you're looking to correct hip dips, enhance volume, achieve an hourglass silhouette, or lift sagging tissue, there are several techniques that can help you reach your desired look.

These procedures are highly customizable depending on your natural frame, existing body fat, and aesthetic goals.

    • Fat Transfer (Brazilian Butt Lift – BBL)

Fat is harvested through liposuction from areas such as the abdomen, thighs, or flanks. After purification, it’s injected into the hips and buttocks to create a natural and fuller shape.

    • Butt & Hip Implants

For patients with low body fat or desiring a more dramatic and permanent result, silicone implants can be inserted under the gluteal muscle to enhance volume and projection.

    • Body Fillers (Non-Surgical)

Hyaluronic acid-based or long-lasting fillers are injected into the hips or buttocks to correct mild asymmetry, hip dips, or subtly increase volume.

    • Buttock Lift

Surgical lift procedures are recommended for patients with loose skin, sagging buttocks, or dramatic weight loss. A lift can be done on its own or combined with fat transfer for reshaping.

  • You may be a candidate if you:

    • You feel your hips or buttocks are flat, saggy, or out of proportion with the rest of your body

    • You have visible hip dips or lack of shape even after working out

    • You have enough body fat (for fat grafting) or are open to implants or fillers

    • You are physically healthy, a non-smoker, and close to your ideal body weight

    • You have realistic expectations and understand the recovery involved

    • Avoid blood-thinning meds, supplements, alcohol, and smoking for at least 2 weeks before

    • Eat a clean, nutrient-rich diet and stay well hydrated

    • Arrive with no makeup, jewelry, nail polish, or contact lenses

    • Wear loose, zip-up clothing on surgery day

    • Fast 8 hours before surgery (no food or water)

    • Expect swelling and soreness for the first few days—this is normal

    • For fat grafting and implant procedures, you’ll be required to wear a compression garment 24/7 for the first 2–4 weeks to minimize swelling and shape the area

    • Avoid sitting directly on your buttocks for extended periods for the first 2–3 weeks

    • Ice packs and rest will help with recovery in the early phase

    • Refrain from smoking and alcohol for 4 weeks post-op to protect results

    • Attend all scheduled follow-up appointments and take all medications until finished

    • Most patients can resume light walking after a few days and return to normal activities in 3–4 weeks, but full results take 6–12 months to finalize
